Cool huh??? But did you see where it says a size large goes up to 27 inches!!! Oh my dog! Mango's neck prolly isn't that big. For Pete's sake BELLA's neck wasn't 27 inches.
My big ol' neck is 13" and it isn't even listed as small! Dang, that's just not right!

Okay, I'm kinda cheating a little and getting my idea from the rules but here goes.
Here I am, (hopefully) making someone's soon to be birthday a very happy one!
Mom had to help me pick out some stuff cause I'm really not sure what girls like . She saw a really pretty frilly pink dress she was gonna get and I shouted "NO WAY MOM!!!!" My lady likes to go au naturale 24/7!! heehee

When our former foster sister, Fiona, was with us, she had a 29" neck (and I only know that because mom had a hard time finding a collar for her and she would mumble a lot about it). I don't think that would work, though, for me...my neck is too small according to those dimensions!
